Responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project from the ground up to end. My responsibilities include balancing budget, keeping track of supplies, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring all regulations are met and permits acquired. I had management experience with a diverse background in all facets of Food & Beverage and lodging operations.
My main construction project had been restaurants and guests house, having been responsible for over-all planning, resource distribution, time, risk, and staff management, bench marking, and establishing and keeping good rapport with key stakeholders. I am a professional that solves problems in a timely manner that arise within the operation. I have outstanding interpersonal and management skills.
